Start of bushing pump:

(1) check the tightness of all pipe flanges and joints before starting.

(2) disc coupling, no friction and collision sound.

(3) the pump should be pumped into the pump for the first time.

(4) before starting, the valve in the suction and discharge pipeline shall be fully opened, and the closed valve shall not be activated.

(5) verify the motor rotation direction, start the motor.

Turn off bushing pump:

(1) turn off the motor.

(2) close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump.
